PAM (Maritime Agency Platform):
A comprehensive tool for operational and administrative management of maritime agency services. It enables operational control, mass report generation, productivity monitoring, SOF (Statement of Facts) preparation, captain evaluation, consolidation of delays and waiting times (PARAS), and the preparation and management of PDA/FDA (Proforma/Final Disbursement Accounts). It also facilitates financial control, the management of PQRS (Requests, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions), and the sending of mass communications.
Masterfile:
Specialized platform for customs control of entry and exit procedures for merchandise, designed for maritime agents and freight forwarders. It includes features such as import and export pre-validators (forms 1166 and 1165), management of manual procedures before the DIAN (National Agency for the Defense of Customs), announcement of cargo to terminals, control of customs requirements, double-checking of information, and preparation of official documents.
ICS (Integrated Control System):
It is a comprehensive platform designed for the efficient management of document processes. It allows the reading and processing of multiple file formats, such as EDI, TXT, XLS, among others.
